I was dealing with 48 years on the couch, arthritis in my knees, Tribal Crossfit gave me direction and the belief that quitting is not an option. I've learned to suck it up, have confidence in my ability, appreciate the pain, realize that getting older doesn't mean I'm less able. Strong feels better, and is infinitely more useful. I started running from zero miles to 5k, to 10k, to half marathon; and I run faster, with quicker recovery, nearly every month that I train. Tribal Crossfit helped me run until I finished not run until I felt like stopping, not run until I got a blister, but run until the workout was done. Without that, I'd have never made it to 13 miles. Or two miles on a lot of days.

I have been working out on my own and it has been nothing like what I experienced at Tribal Crossfit. I have never worked so hard and lifted more weight than I did when I was there.  Your workouts are awesome!! I went to two other gyms while traveling for a workout and neither workout, facility, coaching staff or other cross fitters could hold a candle to what you have at Tribal!  Your gym has a great atmosphere full of great people.  I think your knowledge of body and body movement sets you apart.  The functional, dynamic stretches done at Tribal was far superior to what was done at the other two places. I also think the strength component before workout daily is great too.
